Rules and Regulations:
RV Park of Dublin and its facilities are for the enjoyment of our registered guests only. This is Private Property, and we reserve the right to enforce the following rules for the benefit and safety for all. Failure to comply with these rules or any of the Managements requests, could result in being asked to leave the property.
-We do NOT offer Refunds or Credits of any kind.
-Park Speed Limit is 10mph through out the entire park.
-Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm until 7:00am. Please be respectful to everyone within the Park!
-We are on City Water! A Water Pressure Regulator is highly recommended!
-Please elevate your Sewer Hoses off the ground.
-We do have a Coin Laundry Room!! Ask for details at Check-In!
-We are a wooded Property! We highly recommend treating your site for Ants and of the like.
Helpful hint: cheap stuff from the store works great! Questions, just ask at the Office.
-Do NOT leave garbage out over-night!
The dumpster is located behind our Office Building. Please break down ANY and ALL boxes!
Failure to do so could result in a Notice and/or Fine. Keep your site clean and tidy!
-Outside visitors are permitted. Please let the office know you have company.
If they stay the night, there will be an extra per person per night charge!
You are responsible for the actions and safety of your guests and children!
-Please park in the designated area in your site. Max 2 vehicles per site.
If need extra parking, please talk to management first!
-If you have a concrete Patio, please do NOT park vehicles of any kind on said Patio!
-Alcohol is permitted. Please keep it at your site.
-Your four-legged fur-babies are more than welcome! Max 2 dogs per site, unless approved by Management.
They must be well-behaved, leashed, and with you at all times when outside.
You may tether them outside your camper ONLY if you are out there and with them at all times.
If you have a playpen/portable fence, that is fine, but you must be out there with the dog(s) at all times.
When your dog(s) Poop, you must scoop! Please clean up immediately and dispose of properly!
If you choose to take the fur-babies to the Off-Leash Dog Park, please be respectful to others that may be down there. Please make sure you clean up after your babies immediately if they poop and dispose of properly!
-If you wish to wash your camper or vehicle, you must ask at the Office first. (There may be a small charge to do so.)
-Satellite dishes or of the like are permitted. The units must be placed on the ground or a table.
NO digging holes to plant any kind of pole mount.
-NO Clothes Lines tied between trees! If you have a drying rack or a pumper mounted clothes line,
those are permitted.
-Golf carts are permitted. Please stay on the Park roads and pathways. Watch for other Guests and animals.
ONLY licensed drivers are allowed to operate said carts.
Please abide by the 10mph speed limit through out the park and pathways!
-Please keep your site nice and tidy! Patio furniture and Grills are permitted.
NO trash or excess clutter is allowed.
If you wish to put up a shade awning, that is fine. This is for weather protection, NOT storage!
Your concrete patios are for furniture and grills ONLY and NOT for storage.
No household appliances are allowed outside.
Anything stored under tarps is NOT allowed! Containers of extra gear is permitted underneath your camper.
-If you wish to have any sort of Deck or build stairs, please discuss with Management first! NO sheds!
We do know some travel with a portable hot tub, please notify and discuss with Management. There will be
an extra PER MONTH fee for these.
-NO vehicle repairs or fluid changes of any kind are allowed on the Property!
-We do offer FREE Wi-Fi to all of our Registered Guests! It is a FREE service provided as a courtesy.
Our service is an 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind.
You may experience interrupted or slowed service depending on others that may be logged in from time to time. Weather may also cause interrupted or slowed service.
We can NOT guarantee Wi-Fi reception in every RV or every campsite.
NO refunds or credits will be issued if Wi-Fi is unavailable.
You will be given instructions at Check-In on how to locate our Wi-Fi service and the Password to log in.
Mail and Packages:
We do allow you to have mail and packages delivered to the Park. The following information should answer all your questions!
-When ordering from On-Line services, please notify those sellers that ALL packages MUST be delivered to the Mail Drop Box! This is located right in front of the Office! This is also where you will come to pick up any mail or packages!
-When you move off our Property, you can NOT put in a 'Forwarding Address'!! This will send you ALL of the Parks mail.
We are a Business which is not like a house/apartment.
You will have to contact every place you gave our address to and have it changed. This INCLUDES On-Line shipping services!

*Any questions regarding mail service, please talk to Management. If you are in need of 'Proof of Renting a Site' from our Park again, please talk to Management.
