Our Rates:

     **Nightly/Weekly Rates INCLUDE:  Water, Sewer, Wi-Fi, Electric, and Garbage.

Per Night:

     $45.00 for a Max of 2 Adults and 2 Children

              (There will be an extra $5.00 per extra Adult or Child per night if over the max amount allowed.)

Per Week:

     $270.00 for a Max of 2 Adults and 2 Children

               (There will be an extra $5.00 per extra Adult or Child per night if over the max amount allowed.)

Monthly:

    The following Rates are based on 2 Adults ONLY! (Sorry, NO Children on our Long Term Stays.) 

       **Have an extra Adult?  Upon Management Approval, there will be an additional $30.00 per month per               person.

    Monthly Rates include: 

       Water, Sewer, Electric, Garbage, and Wi-Fi.

       These Rates INCLUDE an Electric Credit!  See below for details!

            $525.00 per month which includes a $100.00 per month Electric Credit!

         50amp

             $575.00 per month which includes a $150.00 per month Electric Credit!
