Our Rates:

     **Nightly/Weekly Rates INCLUDE:  Water, Sewer,

           Wi-Fi, Electric, and Garbage.

Per Night:

     $45.00 for a Max of 2 Adults and 2 Children

        (There will be an extra $5.00 per extra Adult or Child per                     night if over the max amount allowed.)

Per Week:

     $270.00 for a Max of 2 Adults and 2 Children

        (There will be an extra $5.00 per extra Adult or Child per night if                  over the max amount allowed.)

Monthly:

    The following Rates are based on 2 Adults ONLY!           (Sorry, NO Children on Long Term Stays.) 

        **Have an extra Adult?  Upon Management Approval, there will                      be an additional charge of $30.00 per month per person.

    Monthly Rates include: 

       Water, Sewer, Electric, Garbage, and Wi-Fi.

       These Rates INCLUDE an Electric Credit!
